|Alfred (Al) Tacker, Founder, Licensed Funeral Director|
Al has over forty years experience in the funeral and insurance industries, is retired from the city of Memphis Fire Department as a firefighter and paramedic. Al was honorably discharged from the United States Marine Corp. He is celebrated by those who know him as a sincere advocate for funeral consumers; well known in the funeral industry as well as the mid-south, and nationally.
Al is a licensed insurance agent. He has a wealth of information and stands ready to assist anyone who has issues related to the funeral industry or anyone who wishes to pre-fund funeral arrangements with a life insurance policy...known as a Pre-Need policy.
Al has been married to his wife, Cherry Tacker forty-two years. They have three children, Amanda (married to Scott Kimbrough), Matthew, and Marcus, and one grandson, Paxson.
|Nancy Cheryl (Cherry), Tacker, Bookkeeping and Insurance|
Cherry Tacker serves the funeral home in the capacity of bookkeeping and assists families with insurance claims. She also spearheads the processing of certified death certificates. She is a licensed insurance agent for the purpose of serving anyone who wishes to pre-fund funeral arrangements with a life insurance policy.
Cherry has stood alongside her husband of forty-two years as wife, mother of their children, Amanda, Matthew, and Marcus, and co-worker since the establishment of the funeral home.
|Cynthia (Cindy) Phillips, Office Manager, Licensed Funeral Director|
Cynthia (Cindy) joined Al and Cherry in 2000. In addition to her funeral director's license, she is also a licensed insurance agent.
Cindy spent 30 years of her life in ministry with her husband of forty-two years, Larry Phillips. Her experience in ministry and her gift of compassion have equipped her with skills to successfully assist families experiencing tragedy and loss.
She and Larry have three children and ten grandchildren.

Deb came to Bartlett Funeral Home in 2005 as a licensed insurance agent.
In addition to meeting with people who wish to pre-plan funeral arrangements she assists the directors in the process of preparing for funerals and visitations as well as the operations of the funeral home.
Deb is married to Joe Elam and has one son.

Marcus Tacker is the youngest of the Tacker children. He is a senior at the University of Memphis and will graduate with a degree in Business Administration.
|Paul Mueller, Funeral Assistant|
Paul Mueller is the most recent addition to our staff. He serves in many capacities to assist the directors. His duties are as various as his talents and abilities are diverse.
Paul greets everyone with a warm smile and a genuine desire to help in any way.
Paul is married to Helen Mueller, his wife of twenty-one years and sister to Al Tacker. They have four children and four grandchildren.
