Cynthia (Cindy) joined Al in 2000. In addition to her funeral director's license, she is also a licensed insurance agent.
Cindy spent 30 years of her life in ministry with her husband of forty-seven years, Larry Phillips. Her experience in ministry and her gift of compassion have equipped her with skills to successfully assist families experiencing tragedy and loss.
Cindy has served churches as a keyboard musician (organ and piano) for more than fifty years.
She and Larry have three children and ten grandchildren.

Deb came to Bartlett Funeral Home in 2005 as a licensed insurance agent.
In addition to meeting with people who wish to pre-plan funeral arrangements she assists the directors in the process of preparing for funerals and visitations as well as the operations of the funeral home.
Deb has one son.
